Experience:

As Managing Partner, Jesse is responsible for overall management of the Building Solutions Division of Carta. Jesse provides services through the entire project life cycle, from assistance with developing owner project requirements to leak investigations. He provides clients with assurance that enclosure related risk is significantly reduced at each phase of the project. 

  With 21 years of experience in construction and 17 years focused on building enclosure design, quality control, and warranty management at Clark Construction, Jesse brings extensive knowledge and expertise in providing practical solutions to building enclosure construction. Jesse has worked on a wide variety of project types and enclosure components and has partnered with clients in all sectors of construction. His knowledge and experiences come from many lessons learned during his time managing the quality control and warranty group for the eastern side of the country for Clark Construction.  

  Jesse has long been involved in the community, having helped Samaritan Inns for many years with their properties to provide housing to Washingtonians recovering from substance abuse and homelessness. He has worked on full building renovations, facade maintenance, re-roofing, and leak investigations on their properties.
