Experience:
As Partner, Diane is a skilled communicator who collaborates directly with Project Leaders and facilitates Carta's formal Partnering Program and Stakeholder Assessment processes. She is currently and has recently served in this capacity with several clients nationally.
Diane has been involved in facilitating multiple teams through various communication programs, risk management assessments and strategies, and creating communication plans. She has been heavily involved in corporate strategic planning, implementing initiatives for continual improvement, and was involved in acquisitions of more than $3 Billion worth of new design and construction projects. Diane is a strong advocate of collaborative and integrated project delivery. She has served on the Design Build Institute of America’s Western Pacific Region board of directors for over 10 years, most recently as past Board President. As a student of Lean philosophy, she has completed the SDSU Lean Enterprise Certification and has instructed the "Collaborative Mindset of a Big Room" and "Lean and Design Build" courses for the Lean Construction Institute.
